Harvest Twist - Terms of Service
1. Using the game
By installing or playing Harvest Twist you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The game is free to play and intended for players aged 13 and over. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play it on your devices.
2. Virtual items and purchases
Coins, stars, boosters, lives, passes and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold, to you. Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Consumable items are used up when spent; "No Ads" and the "Starter Pack" can be restored on a new device with Settings → Restore purchases using the same Google account. Some items in the game are earned by chance (for example the lucky wheel); the possible prizes are shown before you spin.
3. Ads
The game shows ads. Optional reward videos give the in-game reward shown before you watch.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots, hack or modify the game, or exploit bugs. We may reset progress gained by cheating. Clubs use preset messages and generated names only; do not attempt to misuse them.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the game or parts of it, and we may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. The game is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
