Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Gamez4jali ("we", "us") handles information when you play Smash It: Whack-a-Mole (the "Game"). If you have any question about it, contact us at gamez4jali@gmail.com.
2. Information the Game uses
2.1 Stored only on your device
Your game progress (coins, gems, hammers, best scores, daily streaks, missions and settings such as sound and vibration) and the player name you choose are saved on your phone so the Game can work offline. This stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or use Settings → Delete Data.
2.2 Online features (Unity Gaming Services)
When your phone is online, the Game uses Unity Gaming Services, provided by Unity Technologies, to:
- create an anonymous player account (a random player ID; no email, phone number or real name is needed);
- show your player name and scores on the world leaderboards;
- keep a cloud backup of your game progress, so it can be restored if you reinstall.
To provide these services, Unity also receives technical information such as your IP address, device model and operating system version. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
2.3 Google Play Games (optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, Google shares your Play Games player ID and gamer name with the Game, and the Game sends your scores and achievement progress to Google Play Games so they appear on Google's leaderboards and achievements. Google Play Games is operated by Google under the Google Privacy Policy; you can manage or delete your Play Games profile and game data in the Google Play Games app settings. You can play the whole Game as a guest without signing in.
2.4 Ratings
The Game may occasionally ask whether you'd like to rate it, using Google Play's in-app review. Google handles the review; we don't receive your personal information from it.
2.5 Sharing your score
When you tap Share, the Game creates a picture and a short message about your score and hands it to the app you pick (for example WhatsApp). What you share, and with whom, is your choice; we don't receive a copy.
2.6 What the Game does not do
- No advertising, and no advertising ID.
- No analytics or tracking across apps or websites.
- No access to your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- We never sell your information.

4. How long we keep it
Information on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Your online account, leaderboard entries and cloud backup are kept while you keep playing, and are deleted when you use Delete Data or ask us to delete them.
5. Deleting your data
- In the Game: open Settings → Delete Data. This deletes your progress on the phone and your online account, name, scores and cloud backup. Please be online when you do it.
- By email: write to gamez4jali@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your player name. We'll delete your online data within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Google Play Games data: manage it in the Google Play Games app (Settings → Delete Play Games account and data), or at myaccount.google.com.
6. Children
The Game is a family-friendly arcade game but is not directed at children under 13. It doesn't ask for real names, email addresses or other contact details. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
7. Security and international transfers
Information sent to the online services travels over encrypted connections. Unity and Google may process it in countries other than yours, under their own safeguards.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your information. Contact us at gamez4jali@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
